	Sunday Service with a Twist! 9:30am on...come any time. So many people have asked if they can volunteer at the garden or help with the plants, maintenance and landscaping, we have created an opportunity for those of you who want to make your meditation a hands-on service! Following the Morning Light Meditation, Sunday Service can last 15 minutes, an hour or all day, your choice! Come experience Karma Yoga—The word "yoga" comes from a Sanskrit word, yukti and means "union" or "yoke." In Vedanta, there are four yogas for attaining union with the Divine and as each is only a method leading indirectly to the realization of the Absolute, they are suited to different temperaments. Sunday Service is about Karma Yoga: The Path of Work: Karma yoga is the yoga of action or work; specifically, karma yoga is the path of dedicated work, renouncing the results of our actions as a spiritual offering rather than seeking the results for ourselves.
				Service may include pulling weeds, cutting cane grass, raking, potting and propagating, trimming, sweeping, raking, watering, landscaping, consulting on the gardens needs, cleaning water ponds and container gardens, maintenance on the labyrinth, creating beauty.....whatever needs doing. If you have a certain skill you think we could use, you want to learn one, or you just want to serve, come to Sunday Service—any time on Sunday. Refreshments will be available (and your service can be to bring some if you'd like!) As always tea, hot chocolate and water anre available in the garden. Sunday Service will also have some munchies.
