Whether you seek beautiful tropical plants, orchids, water plants, or peace, beauty, healing and inspiration....
The Sacred Garden welcomes you!

Once known as Maliko Farms, the greenhouse used to be solely an orchid farm. Now, the 10,000 sq. ft. greenhouse is the happy home of a variety of plants waiting to bless your home or garden! Since plants are always coming and going it is difficult to tell you exactly what we carry. However, we typically have an assortment of orchids, tropicals, succulents, water plants, anthuriums, hanging plants, bamboo and bromeliads, to name a few.

Eve Eschner Hogan is the proprietor of The Sacred Garden and is in the garden several days a week.
S
he is a relationship specialist, labyrinth facilitator, Wedding officiant and author of several books including How to Love Your Marriage, Intellectual Foreplay, Virtual Foreplay, Way of the Winding Path and coauthor of Rings of Truth. She is the founder of the Divine Nature Alliance and the visionary for the garden. Eve is available for private consultation in the realm of personal and spiritual growth, reationship and life coaching.
The garden is free and open for the public to enjoy, but we do gratefully accept your generous donations! The Divine Nature Alliance is a non-profit working in conjunction with The Sacred Garden and your donations are a tax-write off! The donations are used for continuous improvements for your enjoyment, the ability to provide the space to the public and social service groups at no cost, and a variety of other social service projects. THANK YOU!

Complimentary tea, hot chocolate and water are always available during your visit.

There is nothing quite as amazing as the orchid. They are a mysterious plant sending up a spike with little clue as to what the flowers will be. Then, one day, stunning, unique multi-colored, oddly shaped, blooms will suddenly grace us with their presence.
Orchids bloom at different times of the year so stop by year round to see what is in bloom!
The biggest mistake people make with their orchids is over watering them.

Anthuriums make a beautiful love gift due to their heart shaped flowers and leaves.

The Sacred Garden offers anthuriums in a variety of colors—red, purple, peach, and like the one shown to the left, a little bit of each.

Anthuriums like porous media (ours are in cinder), shade and water.

Succulents are stunningly beautiful and really easy to grow. They are water-retaining and adapted to arid climates and soil conditions.

They are magical in dish gardens.

Come enjoy the fish and the beautiful, peaceful water plants!
Plants and container gardens are both for sale and for enjoying during your visit.

We carry many of the ingredients for creating your own Sacred Garden at home.

We are not a certified nursery though...so if you are visiting from the mainland and want to take the plants home, bring your camera!
